Super friendly staff, especially Ivana at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean. The location was perfect, close to the Christmas market. I'd definitely stay again.

The breakfast room was overcrowded and chilly, making it an uncomfortable experience. Our room was not cleaned properly one evening, and we found used cups left behind. Additionally, there was an issue with the heating during a power outage, and the staff seemed unprepared to handle that situation effectively.
